Job Description:
A company is looking for an experienced Obsolescence Engineer to
support the Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Address obsolescence identification, mitigation, and management
Collaborate with vehicle OEM contractors to track and mitigate
obsolescence issues
Provide assessments of OEM contractor plans and designs to ensure
alignment with program objectives
Required Qualifications
Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or general Engineering from an ABET accredited
program
Minimum of five years of experience in analysis, development,
evaluation, integration, or testing of DoD or industry systems
Experience in the development and sustainment of Ground Combat
Systems throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Knowledge of vehicle electronics, power management, data bus, and
radio communications
