Job Summary:Sierra Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Employee Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Occupational Medicine Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of employee injuries and illnesses, providing timely and effective care to promote recovery and return to work.
• Develop and implement employee health education and wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
• Provide guidance on employee health policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance employee health services and outcomes.Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Nevada.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.
  • Five years clinical experience in an acute care facility.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in employee health and/or occupational medicine.
