Surgery Center Administrator to lead the business and facility

opportunities. About the Facility The modern ambulatory surgery
center hosts multiple specialties including ENT, General Surgery,
Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry,
and Urology. The Surgery Center Administrator will work alongside
leading surgeons and healthcare providers in the region while
ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Position
Overview The Surgery Center Administrator will provide strategic
leadership and oversee daily operations of a multi-specialty ASC.
The ASC Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to make a
significant impact in outpatient surgical care while working with
an established network of healthcare professionals. Key
Responsibilities The Surgery Center Administrator position
encompasses a wide range of leadership duties including serving as
primary liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and
facility departments. The ASC CEO will report facility activities
and performance metrics to the Governing Board, manage partnership
operations according to established agreements, and develop
strategic plans for service line growth. Additional
responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance,
maintaining facility accreditation, overseeing financial
performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Surgery Center
Administrator will focus on building strong relationships with
physicians and staff while driving quality improvement initiatives
and patient satisfaction. The Administrator Ambulatory Surgery
