We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises to enhance their mobility and overall health.

Requirements:

Duties

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and needs.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and hospital medicine protocols.
Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
Experience in acute care settings or home health environments is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
