Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Roseville and Eagan stores, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Fireside Hearth & Home is the world's largest and leading fireplace installing distributor and retail dealer in North America, a subsidiary of Hearth & Home Technologies. We are a team of 400+ hearth experts located across 6 regions, 12 states, and 29 branches across the USA.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  
• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee development.

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the hearth industry.
    
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
