Job Description:
A company is looking for a High Touch Wireless Engineer II to
provide technical consulting and support for wireless networking
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical deliverables for Expert Care services, providing
reactive support to customer operational teams
Provide remote technical support for Cisco Wireless platforms and
clients' infrastructure in production networks
Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and
customer leadership for timely case resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science or
Electrical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
3-5 years of related experience in wireless networking
In-depth technical knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN technologies,
including IOS-XE and Catalyst Controllers
Experience with Cisco Prime Infrastructure and BLE technology
Ability to analyze, configure, and troubleshoot medium to large
enterprise networks
