Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product and
Regulatory Affairs (Liquidity).
Key Responsibilities
Provide regulatory advice on U.S. and international digital asset
laws
Support the product team in developing digital asset products and
services
Stay updated on securities law and crypto developments to support
commercial initiatives
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree and active law license in good standing
12+ years of in-house or Biglaw experience in fintech or financial
services
Experience with AML/CFT and sanctions regulations for digital
assets
Familiarity with U.S. securities law and related regulations
Passion for financial technology and experience in cryptocurrency
or blockchain matters
