Whether scheduling appointments, answering patients questions, presenting treatment plans and/or collecting payments, our TCs play an important role on the team by successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. They are responsible for ensuring the office flows smoothly and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner.Our opportunities provide a full suite of benefits including

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a dental environment, preferably with Ortho experience
  • Computer literate a must. Denticon experience a plus
  • Bilingual, helpful but not a requirement
  • Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred
  • Insurance billing experience a plus
  • Customer Service experience
